Positions:

USAMM is the premiere military uniform Armed Forces Super Store in America operating out of a brand new 30,000 square foot headquarters and production / fulfillment facility in Killeen, Texas and is looking to hire three new customer service represantives to work in-house, here. As a predominantly e-commerce company, our customer service reps field both email and phone call interactions with our customers as well as online "chats". Great candidates will have excellent communication and general computer operation skills. We're looking for articulate and smart individuals with a natural demeanor to problem solve issues for customers in a kind, empathetic, non-abrassive way. Our customer service representatives are highly trained to understand all of our product catergories, services, and internal processes and operate with that knowledge with only mandate: Cut to the scene where the customer wins. Every time. We highly value prior military experience, but it is not a prerequisite. All new hires will be fully trained over the course of an organized four-week training program before going "live." Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. These positions will entail working a standard 8-hour shift (40 hours a week), in our brand new customer service department office as part of our team within that general time frame. Finally, and most importantly, all candidates must have a genuine admiration and respect for the members of our armed forces. We are in the military uniform business. Our customers are Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen, and Coast Guard personnel. We love and respect our military and are unabashedly patriotic about their service to our nation.
