Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed Write detailed service orders and estimates using auto estimating tools, accurately documenting vehicle issues Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission servicing to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments securely Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of auto service management and customer relations Mechanical knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures including oil changes, brake repair, suspension, shocks & struts, air brake systems, alignments, tire service, diesel engine repair, transmissions, and auto body repair Experience working with service writing software and auto estimating tools to prepare accurate repair orders Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust Familiarity with automotive repair processes involving mechanic experience or service technician background is highly advantageous Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused attitude to build rapport and ensure repeat business Basic cash handling skills along with sales experience in an automotive setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your automotive expertise fuels exceptional customer experiences.
