Job Summary The Part-Time Client Services Professional (CSP) is responsible for teller operational duties and delivering exceptional customer service at the teller line. This role helps deepen client relationships, supports sales efforts, and contributes to the overall success of the banking center. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain accurate records of the cash drawer while processing client transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Promote and sell additional banking products to existing clients and prospects. Support the bank's sales initiatives by soliciting new relationships, developing prospect lists, and completing assigned sales activities. Follow all compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines to protect client information and maintain trust. Assist with cross-selling and referrals to other departments within the bank. Perform other duties as assigned by the department head. Job Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 6 months' cash handling/ customer service experience. Proficiency in typing and using a ten-key calculator. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong math aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Team-oriented with flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed. Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods. Salary Grade 01 EOE/Disability/Veteran
