We are seeking a highly experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing customers and repair workflow in a fast-paced shop. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with service needs Write repair orders and provide accurate estimates Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow Keep customers updated on repair status Handle payments, scheduling, and follow-ups Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front-office environment

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor Valid Driver License (required) Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organized Professional communication and positive attitude

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Competitive pay (based on experience) + potential bonuses
