Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Dealership Staff. As a member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and document any damages or issues
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a dealership or customer service role is preferred but not required
