Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our office, providing exceptional customer support while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help ensure smooth daily operations, foster positive client interactions, and support office functions. Bilingual abilities ( Basic Spanish is desirable ) are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively. Duties Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative processes Support office management activities such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining organized workspaces Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clarity and professionalism Support the sales and operations team as needed Requirements Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and basic computer literacy Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Bilingual abilities ( Basic Spanish is desirable ) are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service expertise make a real difference!
