Role:

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our car wash crew! You'll be the first point of contact for our guests — greeting customers, handling transactions, and promoting wash packages and memberships. If you're an outgoing person who loves talking to people and enjoys earning extra through sales, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers and provide excellent service at the counter and drive-up areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance the register accurately Explain wash packages, upgrades, and membership options to customers Promote and sell products and services to meet sales goals Keep the work area clean, organized, and presentable Support overall team operations to keep things flowing smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, reliable, and motivated personality Strong communication skills and positive attitude Sales-minded — confident in talking to customers and recommending upgrades Basic computer or POS system knowledge (training provided) Prior customer service experience, especially in automotive or retail, is a plus but not required Bilingual is plus but not required

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience Commission on every sale — unlimited earning potential! Must be able to work weekends
