Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers via multi-line phone systems, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Utilize computer skills and office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools to process data entry, maintain records, and support administrative functions. Support customer service efforts by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and providing accurate information about products or services. Maintain professional phone etiquette and demonstrate excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse customer needs. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management tools.
