• $10.00-$13.00 per hour About the role Trevino's Auto Mart is a growing used-vehicle dealer. We are hiring a Service & Reconditioning Coordinator to handle vehicle intake, post-sale customer service, and vendor coordination, working alongside our Reconditioning Manager. Responsibilities Receive customer vehicles for goodwill, warranty, and service-contract work; complete intake paperwork and keep customers updated through completion Inspect and road test incoming inventory Run OBD-II scans and record codes, freeze frame, fuel trims, and readiness status on the diagnostic worksheet Perform light repairs and prep: batteries, wipers, bulbs, plate brackets, oil changes, fluid top-offs Get vehicles delivery-ready: wash, fuel, plates, and paperwork Coordinate repairs with partner shops; obtain estimates and written test results before work is approved Route service-contract claims to approved vendors Maintain the reconditioning board and repair log Drive vehicles to vendors, the car wash, and customer deliveries Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record 2+ years as a service writer or advisor, lube or general technician, or reconditioning coordinator Able to operate an OBD-II scanner and interpret results Basic hands-on repair ability Strong written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented Reliable and professional with customers, vendors, and coworkers Must pass a motor vehicle record check Must pass a criminal background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Preferred Bilingual English and Spanish Oil change and basic fluid service experience Service-contract or warranty claims experience ASE certification or automotive technical training Schedule and compensation 5 to 6 days per week, 40-48 hours $10.00-$13.00 per hour; review at 90 days Advancement opportunities may be available in the future Employment is contingent on successful completion of a motor vehicle record check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
