Vibe Car wash is looking for friendly, energetic Customer Service Associates to be the face of our Brand! If you love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy interacting with people, this the perfect opportunity for you! What you'll do : Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback Check every customer vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues Facilitate the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash Guide on customers to the conveyor using distinctive and clear hand signals and a smile on your face! Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer Give the customer a "thumbs-up" sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment Why Join us? Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
