McKinney, TX Job Details 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Individual consumer customer service Full Job Description The Brandon Tomes Volkswagen Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who bring their vehicles in for service. The Service Advisor will communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and will work with the service team to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their vehicle service needs Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work Maintain customer records and follow up with customers as needed Ensure customer satisfaction with service experience
