We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Specialist who passion for cars matches their sales drive.
Key Responsibilities Consultative Sales:
Greet incoming customers, understand their customization vision, and recommend tailored packages across our full service line (12V audio, security, lighting, suspension, performance, PPF/tint, wheels/tires, and body modifications).
Estimate & Invoice Creation:
Build accurate estimates, check product inventory/availability, and write up detailed work orders to ensure smooth communication with the shop floor.
Customer Communication:
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media messaging (@JosephsAutoToyStore), providing clear updates on active builds and scheduling service appointments.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date on aftermarket automotive trends, brand offerings, and 12V technology to confidently explain features and benefits to clients.
Client Retention:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation to vehicle delivery to ensure repeat business and high customer ratings. Qualifications & Requirements Automotive Sales /
Counter Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in automotive retail, aftermarket customization, 12V audio, or dealership service advisor roles.
Automotive Passion & Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with aftermarket parts, 12V systems, wheels/tires, suspension, and general vehicle customization options.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor in person and over the phone.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating POS software, scheduling tools, digital estimates, and social media inquiries.
Work Ethic:
