What you'll do Answer inbound calls from customers with questions about their accounts, orders and services Listen, find the right answer and resolve issues on the first call wherever possible Update customer records and log every interaction accurately in our system Process payments, account changes and service requests Follow up on open cases by phone and email Escalate complex issues to the right team and keep the customer in the loop What you'll bring A clear, patient and upbeat phone manner Comfort with computers and typing while you talk Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm with frustrated callers A high school diploma or equivalent Previous call center or customer service experience is helpful but not required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus, with extra pay to match Pay, schedule and perks $17.00 to $18.50 per hour An extra $1.00 per hour for bilingual English/Spanish representatives Monthly performance bonus of up to $200 Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday day shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with no overnights Paid training in a supportive classroom setting Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off, paid holidays and a 401(k) On-site in Mission, TX, with free parking If you're a people person who likes solving problems and wants a steady weekday schedule with pay that beats most of the Valley, this is your sign.
