Job Description

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a national fast-casual restaurant brand with over 1,350 locations in 44 states. Our mission is to make eating better easy breezy with fresh, made-to-order smoothies, wraps, and flatbreads that Inspire Better® in the communities we serve. This is an on-site role as part of the Sunshine Squad responsible for creating a positive atmosphere and promoting a great dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.
Duties:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Participate in customer loyalty programs and promotions. Assist with inventory management and stocking. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support other team members as needed.
Requirements:
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or a related field. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods. Friendly and outgoing personality. Basic math skills.
