We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly—even when the phone won't stop ringing—we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Answer phones and provide excellent customer service. Schedule services and communicate with technicians. Maintain accurate customer records. Handle customer questions, billing inquiries, and service requests. Assist with daily office operations. What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable with computers and learning new software. Able to multitask in a busy office. Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
