Description:
As a customer service representative, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering product inquiries via phone and email, taking customer orders, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating with outside salespeople, vendors, and customers. Additionally, this position is often combined with customer service initiatives and requires providing support to outside sales representatives as needed.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner Provide accurate information about products and services Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and identify potential sales opportunities Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant informationDisclaimer:
