Using technology such as Virtual Reality, 3D homes tours, and custom software, our team makes the process of buying a manufactured home safer, easier, and less expensive. Working with families across the state of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, we help home buyers shop for and purchase a new mobile home entirely online and over the phone.

About Customer Experience Representatives Customer Experience Representatives are vital to the success of Braustin Homes. As the face of Braustin Homes, you interact with our customers in-person at the Sales Center by guiding them through our show model homes and ensuring a smooth experience. Your energetic and friendly attitude as well as your knowledge of products and services are essential in connecting with our customers. Customer Experience Representatives are confident, motivated, and personable without being overbearing. Role Responsibilities Help families connect with their Housing Consultant over video conferencing in our high-tech offices. Coordinate with Housing Consultants to ensure an effortless experience. Hosting guided tours of our show model homes. Be readily available to answer any questions regarding the model homes. Consistently communicate with local mobile home communities to strengthen the Braustin brand in the area. (Bringing in customer referrals through outreach awards a $500 commission bonus, with no cap.) Ensure the sales office stays inviting and clean to represent the Braustin brand. This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, sanitizing homes after each tour, etc. Participate in Community Outreach events Assist in the setup and decoration of new model homes upon arrival. Answer incoming calls and set up appointments as necessary. Any additional duties as assigned by management. Required Skills and Experience 1+ years of Customer Service Experience preferred, but not required Able to effectively communicate with customers, Housing Consultants and executive leadership Willingness to learn about the features of each type of home Ability to work with minimal supervision Personable and friendly Capable of time management Appreciate that there will be moments of down time and utilize them efficiently Adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities as Braustin Homes grows Schedule At Braustin Homes, we want to be available to our customers when it is convenient for them to speak with us. Our sales dealerships are open 7 days a week. Weekends are mandatory, but are available to be requested off when given advance notice. The general shift times can vary anywhere between 9AM and 6PM. There may also be times when work beyond these time frames is required due to business needs.
