We are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent, math aptitude, and keyboarding skills. JOB SUMMARY
Build and maintain member relationshipsOpen, close, and maintenance various types of accounts; Checking, Saving, Subaccounts, CDs, IRAs, and Money MarketsProcessing account transactions: ordering checks, updating account cards, fraud disputes, wire transfers, stop payments, etc.
Assisting members with account questionsServe as a notaryUse the knowledge of NFCU Products and Services to make recommendations and problem solve while assisting membersContribute individually and as a team effort to meet or exceed CUs Service and Sales Reward program goalsActively listens to members and identifies their needs; delivers prompt, professional, and personalized service to prospective and current members.
