Job Description

Job Summary:
The Suspension Technical Support Specialist provides expert guidance and support to customers, dealers, and internal teams regarding suspension systems, components, and installation. This role ensures accurate product application, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction while representing the company's technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat for suspension products and systems Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to ride quality, fitment, installation, and performance Recommend appropriate suspension components based on vehicle specifications and customer needs Assist customers and dealers with installation guidance, including step-by-step support when necessary Maintain deep knowledge of product lines, including shocks, struts, lift kits, lowering kits, and related components Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to resolve complex technical concerns Support warranty claims by evaluating issues and determining root causes Stay current on industry trends, vehicle platforms, and aftermarket suspension technologies
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of automotive suspension systems (OEM and aftermarket) Hands-on experience with installation or repair of suspension components preferred Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and fitment guides Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or automotive training preferred
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry Familiarity with lowered trucks, lifted trucks, performance vehicles, and off-road applications 3-5 years experience prefered

Work Environment:
Combination of office and shop environment May require occasional lifting of suspension components Fast-paced, customer-focused setting
Pay:
$12.00 - $18.00 per hour
