Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries or demos Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and courteously Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory counts Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Join our team where your energy makes a difference!
