BinxCorp is hiring a Part-Time Service Coordinator to support our growing specialty coffee equipment service team. We repair, install, and maintain commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water filtration systems for cafés, restaurants, offices, and coffee programs across Texas. This role is a mix of customer service, scheduling, dispatch support, and behind-the-scenes coordination. You will help customers get scheduled, keep technicians informed, update service jobs, and make sure communication does not fall through the cracks. We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, dependable, and calm under pressure. You do not need to know espresso machines to start, but you do need to enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and keeping details tidy. What You'll Do Answer customer calls and respond to service inquiries. Help schedule service calls, preventative maintenance visits, installations, and follow-up appointments. Communicate appointment updates, technician arrival windows, parts updates, and next steps. Support dispatch by helping coordinate technician schedules and service priorities. Create and update jobs in our service software. Keep customer information, job notes, statuses, and appointment details accurate. Help monitor open jobs so customers and internal team members stay in the loop. Work closely with technicians, operations, accounting, and leadership to keep service moving smoothly. You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are Friendly, professional, and customer-service-forward. Organized and detail-oriented. A strong communicator by phone, email, and internal messaging. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Calm when plans shift or customers are stressed. Good at follow-through. Naturally helpful without needing to be overly scripted. Exact schedule can be discussed based on business needs and candidate availability. Pay $18-$21/hr, depending on experience. Higher starting pay may be available for candidates with dispatching, service coordination, or field service experience.
