as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly face of our Port Arthur location! We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and order status. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized front counter area to enhance customer experience. Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Manage inventory of supplies and report any shortages to management. Stay informed about all services offered to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Proficiency in using computers and basic office software. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
