Salary Range:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Active Property & Casualty License (required) Life & Health License (preferred) Highly coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and urgency Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Responsibilities Generate new business and consistently achieve or exceed production goals Develop tailored insurance quotes, deliver engaging presentations, and close sales with confidence Build strong client relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions Actively contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions
