Answer customer calls regarding quotes, purchase orders, and order changes. Assist walk-in customers as needed. Create and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service. Problem solve to determine customer needs. Follow up and follow through. Assist with editing of digital art/logos. Utilize POS and industry specific accounting systems. Partner with Accounting to ensure new accounts are set up in a timely manner. Maintain accurate files and documentation. Maintain knowledge of product lines and industry standards. Prepare reports on time. Competencies Communication Proficiency Dependable/Reliable Detail Oriented Technical Capacity Problem Solving Detail Oriented Self Motivated Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite Customer service experience Digital art/logo editing is a plus Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisor responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment routinely utilizing standard office equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional Saturdays. Travel Occasional local travel may be required for this position.
