Salary Range:

Bilingual skills (preferred but not required). Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent Computer effiecient and comfortable with CRM tools Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage inbound customer calls to assist with policy inquiries, updates, and service-related questions. Conduct high volume outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met. Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate and efficient service. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Stay informed on product offerings and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
