Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information Maintain accurate data entry using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications for internal teams or clients Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Support office management activities including bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software, and assisting with basic administrative duties Ensure excellent phone etiquette while supporting customer support efforts and maintaining a positive office environment Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with office management is a plus Strong customer service background with the ability to handle inquiries via phone or in person effectively Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse customer needs Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks) is desirable Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, proofreading, and supporting team members in a busy office setting Join us in delivering top-tier customer support while developing your administrative expertise!
