What You'll Do as an AT&T Customer Account Associate Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while creating a comfortable first interaction. Learn AT&T Fiber services, features, and available options so you can provide accurate information. Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs and priorities. Explain relevant service options clearly and answer customer questions in a straightforward way. Assist customers through the enrollment process and help them understand the appropriate next steps. Keep customer interactions and daily activities organized while staying focused on assigned priorities. Work with teammates and leadership to maintain consistent customer service and support team goals. What We're Looking For an AT&T Customer Account Associate A friendly and professional communication style with an interest in working directly with customers. The ability to listen carefully and communicate information clearly. A dependable attitude and willingness to take responsibility for daily tasks. Comfortable learning new products, services, and customer engagement processes. A positive approach to teamwork, feedback, and continued professional development.
