Job Description

Customer Service Representative Woods Comfort Systems is growing, and we're looking for a highenergy, customerfocused Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you're positive, teamoriented, and thrive in a fastpaced environment, we want to meet you. Learn more about who we are: https://woodscomfortsystems.com/about-us About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, coordinate return visits when parts arrive, and maintain accurate customer records. Clear, friendly, and proactive communication with customers and internal team members is essential.
PayBenefits Pay:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
Bonus:
Spiff program for maintenance agreement salesfollow-up sales Benefits include: Medical (75% employer-paid) DentalVision PTO Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Schedule Multiple shifts available (office hours: 7:30am-8:00pm) Current opening: 11:00am-8:00pm Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferred (not required) Dispatching experience is a plus Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus "Cando" attitude and strong customer service skills Highly proficient computer and typing skills Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment Strong problemsolving, multitasking, and organizational skills Experience handling a multi-line phone system Good geographical knowledge of the service area and basic mapreading skills Ability to support on-call dispatching duties as needed
