In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include dining room cleanliness, assisting with guest inquiries/concerns, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. Provide information about menu, ringing up additional items as needed Commit to a "Guestfirst" approach Check on customers throughout meal, ensuring food quality is up to standard. provide guests with any additional items as needed Collaborate with both front and back of house employees to expedite any customer issues Buss and prebus tables as needed Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Experience Previous experience in restaurants a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with registers and receiving payments Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations.
