Responsibilities:

Represent AT&T while communicating with customers about wireless products and services. Assist customers with questions and service options. Learn current wireless offerings and confidently explain available solutions. Build positive relationships through friendly and professional communication. Help customers understand their options and navigate the service process. Follow up with customers and maintain accurate account information. Collaborate with the team to create a consistent customer experience. Participate in training focused on customer service, communication, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Retail, hospitality, restaurant, bartending, serving, or customer service experience is a plus. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers Professional, personable, and eager to learn. Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and within a team. Full-time availability.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
