The Customer Service Representative is a key customer-facing representative of the company who possesses both big picture thinking and attention to detail. They are one of the most visible representatives of the company and interact regularly with its customers, entering orders daily, and driving new business by approaching prospects. In addition, this role must live and practice Trinitys values of positivity, integrity and honesty within the company and with its customers. The Customer Service Rep enters orders quickly and accurately, responds to incoming customer questions, and ensures that we reach out to customers when issues arise. To do this, they must work closely with the Production and Shipping teams to stay in touch with the flow of work and ensure the fastest possible delivery of orders. They will also advocate for customers and work closely with the President around transactional reporting on quality, carrier performance, sales patterns, customer sales potential, pricing alignment, and agreed upon lead times.
