What We're Looking For We're searching for a Service Writer who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You'll be the organizational backbone of our Service Department, ensuring that service requests, schedules, parts, and communication all flow efficiently. You should bring strong experience in service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support, along with excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with scheduling software, CRM tools, or work‑order systems is essential, and comfort reading basic technical information related to playground and water system equipment is a plus . What You'll Do Coordinate service requests as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams Schedule and organize technician assignments, service calls, and project timelines Create and maintain work orders, service logs, inspection reports, and related documentation Communicate service updates, scheduling details, and follow‑ups with customers Support technicians by ordering, verifying, and preparing parts for installation Track service progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Maintain records of warranties, equipment history, and service agreements Assist with inventory management for parts, tools, and supplies Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry requirements Provide administrative support to the Director of Service, including departmental reporting What You'll Bring Experience in service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or work‑order management systems Ability to read and understand basic technical information Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness and ability to commute to the office Why You'll Love Working With Us You will play a key role in supporting safe, fun, and innovative commercial playgrounds, splash pads, and water park systems.
