TCI Solutions is growing in Temple, TX, and we're seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Client Representatives . This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and want hands-on experience in customer service, sales, client relations, account enrollment, and customer acquisition. Previous experience is not required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and support to help new team members build communication skills, learn about client products and services, and grow confident in customer-facing interactions. As a Client Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact for prospective and existing customers in the Temple area. You'll learn about their needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and help them identify options that fit.
