As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including:Communication Hub:
Answering internal and external phone calls with professionalism and empathy.Service Dispatch:
Documenting work requests and dispatching the appropriate personnel to assist patients and staff.Safety Monitoring:
Keeping a watchful eye on environmental alarms, parking lot intercoms, and security cameras to ensure a safe campus.Logistics Support:
Assisting with the coordination and assignment of patient transporters to keep the hospital moving efficiently.Process Improvement:
Sharing your ideas and feedback with leadership to help make the department even more effective.Working hours:
