As an overnight Customer Service Representative, you are the steady hand that keeps the facility running smoothly while the world sleeps. You will manage incoming communications and monitor essential safety systems, ensuring that every request is handled with care and precision.Work Highlights:
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour.Shift Stability:
A consistent overnight schedule of 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.Work Week:
Wednesday through Sunday (Enjoy your "weekend" during the week!).Purpose:
Your role ensures that hospital staff have the resources and support they need at all hours of the night.Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be trained to manage a variety of vital coordination tasks:Communication Center:
Answering phone calls from the public, patients, and hospital employees with a professional and helpful tone. ...Dispatch Services:
Documenting and sending out work requests to ensure hospital needs are met promptly.Facility Safety:
Monitoring security cameras (CCTV), parking lot intercoms, and environmental alarms for doors and gates.Team Support:
Assisting with the workflow and assignments for patient transporters to keep the hospital efficient.Problem Solving:
Handling difficult situations calmly and providing helpful solutions for callers.Working hours:
10:00 PM - 6:30AM Skills:
A background in customer service or administrative support. Experience in a call center, dispatch office, or healthcare environment is a major plus. The ability to stay focused and productive during a fast-paced overnight shift.Education:
