Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service. Build relationships with future members over the phone. Provide lifelong memories/experiences for future members.

Essential Functions:

Make 200-250 calls to future members a day. Scheduling of promotional visits to resort locations. Knowledge of resorts, company policies, and qualifications (training provided)

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Communication skills Strong Sales experience Following written/verbal instructions Easily learn and adapt to situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills a plus

Required Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of sales experience 1-2 years customer service Call centers experience a plus!
