Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make collection calls on overdue loans Educate customers on all product offerings Provide customer service with every existing and potential customer Safeguard and maintain customer records

REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional customer service attitude Spanish speaking individual is a strong plus. 1 years previous experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or collections Some computer familiarity or skills Able to work Monday to Saturday High school diploma / GED
