Role Overview:

The Outbound Conversion Agent plays a vital role in driving customer engagement and business growth through outbound calling efforts. This position focuses on converting leads into new customers and re-engaging previously paid-in-full customers with reloan offers. The agent will effectively communicate loan services and offers while guiding customers through the conversion process. The Customer Care Agent is an integral member of the Contact Center's Operations team, functioning as one of the primary points of contact for customers. The agent will be responsible for providing helpful and friendly support and assistance to customers to fulfill their short-term financial needs. As an Contact Center Agent, you will be the voice of our company.

Your day-to-day will include:

Handling customer service focused outbound calls, inbound calls, text, chats and emails. Engaging in meaningful conversations, practicing active listening, and addressing customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.. Navigating multiple software systems to maintain accurate, detailed customer records and complete electronic documentation.
