In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Provide product information and assist with product demos
Assist with inventory management and replenishment
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets ```Experience```
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
Knowledge of technical sales or wireless sales is a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Familiarity with retail math for inventory management
