Job Description
```Job Overview``` We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties```
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Provide product information and assist with product demos
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets ```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of technical sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management
