This position plays a critical role between customers, technicians, and management to ensure repairs are handled professionally, efficiently, and accurately. The ideal candidate must be organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and capable of handling customer communication while coordinating with technicians and parts personnel.
Responsibilities :
Open, manage, and close repair work orders Communicate directly with customers regarding repairs, estimates, timelines, and completed work Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling with technicians Work closely with mechanics and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow Review technician findings and communicate recommendations to customers Order and manage parts needed for repairs Process customer pay and warranty repairs accurately Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling and repair questions Maintain accurate documentation and invoicing on all repair orders Provide professional customer service while handling multiple priorities throughout the day
Qualifications :
Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience preferred Heavy equipment, agricultural, tractor, diesel, automotive, or powersports experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Basic computer proficiency required Dependable attendance and professional attitude required Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management This is not an entry-level office position. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced service environment and take ownership of their workload. Competitive pay based on experience.
