Essential Duties Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at Caritas Conduct initial eligibility screening and intake of individuals and families seeking program assistance. Provide general information and community referrals to individuals. Keep accurate documentation and records of client services. Answer new client FAQs about our services, organization, process, etc. Input client intake forms daily into Oasis data system. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports. Consult with Supervisor and Caritas Case Managers concerning programs and/or resources for clients and families. Execute and follow up on tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proficient Microsoft Office, Outlook. Clerical related experience and/or education preferred. Strong customer service/phone/interpersonal skills required Commitment to agency mission and core values. Works well in a team environment with diverse populations. Maintains ethical and professional standards and boundaries. Work Schedule and Conditions Full-time Position - 35 hours a week. Monday-Friday $11.00-$13.00 per hour 90 day introductory period Office setting
