Cashier/Customer Service

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Process customer returns and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
• Basic knowledge of technology products and ability to sell wireless devices is a plus
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred
