Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. The Service Advisor will provide excellent customer service, schedule service appointments, and ensure that customers are informed about their vehicle's maintenance needs.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred Proven experience in customer service roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and determine their service needs Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles Consult with service technicians to obtain accurate repair estimates Educate customers on recommended maintenance services and communicate service options Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly Maintain accurate service records and warranty information •
