Contact Center Representative Excellence in Video Banking First Bank Texas is looking for creative, curious, goal oriented, relationship builders to provide excellent customer interactions while accurately and efficiently processing teller transactions. Company Vision We engage with each other, customers, and our communities to ensure they say "That's My Bank" for generations. Position Vision Through Interactive Teller Machines, our Video Bankers process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent service that results in extreme customer loyalty. Our Video Bankers will also resolve customer issues by answering phones and using professional interaction to ensure customer satisfaction. Our Video Banker will use accurate processing, and creative problem-solving skills to ensure our customers only need one bank - First Bank Texas. Position Summary Our Bankers have a passion for building relationships, filling customer needs and delivering excellent customer service. The person in this position is the face of First Bank Texas and uses their creativity, curiosity, and relationship skills to exceed customer expectations. You will provide great service and accurate processing, while adhering to established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. Strive for excellence in conducting needs-based conversations to solve problems and identify solutions for customers. Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions Answer customer service phone calls and assist customers on a variety of account related issues Build and maintain strong customer relationships Identify cross-selling opportunities through needs-based conversations Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while following bank procedures Desired Qualifications At least three (3) years' experience in teller or new accounts Comfortable on camera while maintaining a professional demeanor Experience and enthusiasm for serving customers Excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and listening proficiency Strong attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
