Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary:
Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting and determining repairs needed by visually inspecting a vehicle.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage Prepare estimates to repair vehicle Explain repair process to customers Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization Complete vehicle check-in with customer Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer Handle total loss process Perform final Quality Control inspection Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer Comply with all TCC's safety standards, guidelines, and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements :
Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor Exemplary customer service skills Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must be 18 years or older
Valid Driver's License Education and Experience:
Prior automotive collision estimating experience Experience with preparing estimates in CCC One preferred Proficient with a computer and software
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present. Must be able to lift 10 lbs. regularly. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections. Must be able to reach below and above shoulder level
