Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers. Experience in supervising staff or training new employees is beneficial.
