What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and billing Handle inbound calls and correspondence with professionalism and care Find solutions proactively — don't just answer questions, anticipate them Collaborate with the team to make sure every client gets the right outcome Stay current on products, carriers, and coverage options What We're Looking For Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred — but we'll train the right person Strong communicator, written and verbal Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball Proactive attitude and genuine desire to help people Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
