Member Services Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries related to financial services, manage transactions, and ensure a positive experience for all members. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and a solid understanding of financial operations. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, debits, credits, and cash register operations.
• Utilize financial software to manage member accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Implement fraud prevention detection measures to safeguard member accounts.
• Assist members with financial services inquiries and promote relevant products or services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of retail math to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members through effective communication and support.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve member satisfaction. Qualifications
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services or retail sector.
• Strong skills in cash management and cash handling practices.
• Familiarity with financial software and retail math concepts.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention detection techniques is a plus.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong relationship management abilities to foster trust and loyalty among members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
