Salary Range:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Holidays are paid after 90 days. Life Insurance Vacation pay is available after nine months on the job. Hands on Training Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Licensing assistance Pay Raise Opportunities Paid Sick Leave Requirements Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. (I will provide study materals, cover the cost of an online course and pay for acquiring license) Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly. Responsibilities Position will include answering the phone, helping persons as they come in and messaging via email and text to service clients. 8:45 AM-5:15 PM M-F. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly.
