We are a locally owned company known for exceptional service and industry-leading results using our natural TruRinse cleaning process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, helping customers, and taking pride in delivering high-quality results. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and motivated to grow with our company. What You'll Do Provide professional carpet, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning in homes and businesses Operate truck-mounted cleaning equipment and tools Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Inspect surfaces and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and equipment Represent the TruRinse brand with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Friendly and professional with customers Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable working independently and managing job appointments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Good communication skills and attention to detail What We Offer Full-time and part-time schedules (Monday-Saturday) $16 - $25 per hour + performance bonuses Paid training — no experience required Opportunities for advancement within the company Supportive team environment Why Work at TruRinse We take pride in doing things the right way.
