Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Utah time. Onsite training with mandatory attendance. Anticipated minimum of 6 months fully onsite. Not a guaranteed remote role. Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service I to join our dynamic team supporting Moog Medical Devices Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, order processing, and issue resolution and a proven ability to manage inquiries, process orders accurately, and support customers with compassion .

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via email with questions, service requests, order placement, accounting needs, and product support. Process customer orders and product repair requests in an ERP/order entry system. Generate and transmit order confirmations and manage delivery timeline expectations. Support and initiate pricing dispute processes. Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels, and coordinate returns and replacements. Research, address, and escalate customer issues as needed; respond to inquiries, report urgent complaints, investigate disputes, and provide warranty information. Provide support to customer service and sales teams with projects, reporting, and customer-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Related experience or training in customer service, call center, or similar role preferred.

Preferred Skills:
